What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop mechatronic systems by thoughtfully integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.

  • Partner with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to deliver cohesive, well-aligned solutions.

  • Run simulations, testing, and system validation to ensure performance and reliability.

  • Diagnose, improve, and optimize existing systems with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Create clear technical documentation and support manufacturing and maintenance teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics development for industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and control systems (PLC, embedded systems).
  • Proven experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., KUKA, Fanuc) and languages such as C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine curiosity for learning and innovation.
