Mechatronic EOL Product Support Engineer
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The job takes place mainly at the office but also with some intervention on site. In both situations the resource must secure the operational follow-up & technical support of all End of Line prod-ucts (conveyor, shrinkwraper, packer, palletizer, depalletizer) through the whole life of the ma-chine. He will be part of the SEAP Regional Product Support team supporting customers and col-leagues (FSE, ISM, PME, CCM, SPM) through email, tickets, Remote Video Assistance, phone and onsite intervention. The location is flexible in SEAP countries and report to Customer and Product Care Senior Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand.
YOUR MISSION
- Execute troubleshooting on all End of Lines machines and associated trade equipment.
- Secure Non Conformity and warranty cost management
- Support FSE during projects and service site execution.
- Apply RCA methodology, driving data collection and preventive/corrective action
- Provide daily phone call, email and tickets to support our customers
- Available to work on duty during night and weekend when required
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- English spoken and written
- Local Language spoken in the country is a plus
- At least 3 years of technical assistance, field experience or engineering in packaging equipments Knowledge of End of Line equipment and conducted Startup and commissioning (conveyor, shrinkwraper, packer, palletizer, depalletizer)
- Electrical fundaments (safety equipments, sensors, motion, servo drivers, inverters…)
- Knowledge of PLC platform (Siemens S7 / TIA Portal - SCL-Graph-Awl, B&R, Rockwell Automation, )
- Knowledge of HMI (ZenOn, Citec and/or InTouch) and Motion platforms (Danfoss, Elau, B&R)
