Job description
- Manufacturing IT-OT program delivery expertise • Schedule, risk, issue, and status control • Executive stakeholder and risk management"1) 12+ years of proven experience leading large-scale IT and digital transformation programs in manufacturing, including delivery of MES / SCADA / DCS / IIOT platforms. • Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual milestones across multi-site IT-OT implementation programs. • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource models, and critical-path schedules covering design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live. • Actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, ensuring timely resolution and transparent escalation to protect production, safety, and delivery commitments. • Lead stakeholder management and governance, providing clear status reporting, executive dashboards, and communication across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership. • Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed business K
