Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Cope Plastics Inc Alton - Alton, IL 62002Salary Range: $79,600.00 - $99,500.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: DayWere looking for an Entry Level Manufacturing Automation Engineer (Robotics) to collaborate closely with programming, engineering, and manufacturing leadership to build and streamline Cope Plastics robotics and automation strategy. This role will play a key part in advancing our capabilities in CNC routing, robotics integration, and modern plastics manufacturing. Yearly pay starts at $79,600 will go higher based on experience. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Understands Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and robotic programming. General knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with robotics, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), and smart sensors. Experience with computer aided design software preferably MasterCam. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
