SUMMARYThe Maintenance Technician will support manufacturing operations by maintaining, trouble shooting and repairing all facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and professional manner.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in plant and departmental attainment of safety, quality, productivity, and financial goalsRespond to all maintenance related requests with a prompt, professional, courteous, and willingness to help demeanorTroubleshoot, repair, and PM plant production equipment, systems, and facilities following all regulation guidelines, maintenance best practices and lessons learnedSetup, installation, and commissioning of machinery to support inner plant moves and new launchesUse, maintain, and manage the Maintenance CMM system for work orders and PM’s     Support facilities maintenance and continuous improvement activities that may include fabrication, welding, lift truck use, and/or aerial lift useAttend and complete all required training necessary to ensure skill level growth as well as current compliance requirements from MIOSHA, NEC, JIC, and DNRMust perform job with acceptable safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructionsAbility to be flexible in working traditional and non-traditional work hours, as requiredOther miscellaneous duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSMinimum of 3 years documented Industrial Maintenance Department experienceAbility to demonstrate an understanding of how job performance affects product qualityAbility to work well with others and establish and maintain positive working relationshipsAbility to read, interpret, and prepare written reports, instructions, and proceduresAbility to use computers for email and related Maintenance productivity softwareAbility to read and comprehend electrical prints, hydraulic schematics, and PLC ladder diagramsAbility to maneuver and adjust robot programming on primarily Motoman, and Fanuc, robots in a robot welding and material handling settingDemonstrated understanding of machine electrical systems and basic troubleshooting proceduresExperience in the use of fork trucks and aerial lift devices requiredAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
