About this Job

Main responsibilities:

Safety and enviroment

  • Respect site security rules
  • Carry out all safety-related activities
  • Work and manage your workstation in compliance with 5S rules
  • Respect critical 6 programs and participate in their implementation during interventions on installations.

Mechatronic Activities:

  • Executed fault analysis and troubleshooting on electrical control panels and PLC-controlled machinery
  • Service, repair, and optimize production equipment and control systems
  • Analyse recurring faults and implement sustainable solutions
  • Support the commissioning of new systems and modifications to existing ones
  • Document changes and the current status of control programs as well as circuit diagrams
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes
  • Apply predictive and planned maintenance techniques in line with TPM principles
  • Evaluate real-time data using sensors or machine diagnostics
  • Support maintenance and production teams in optimizing equipment and training operators

Requirements:

Qualification/Experience:

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for automation technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Ideally experienced in using SAP and SAP PM
  • Solid knowledge in troubleshooting control panels and PLC systems (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WINCC)
  • Confident in reading circuit diagrams, technical drawings, and using measuring instruments
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to be on-call (if necessary)
