As Lead and Program Manager Seed Robotics & AI, you will lead the global Seed Robotics & AI capability, balancing innovation, development, and operations. You will:

• Manage a complex, multi-location project portfolio focused on robotics, vision technology and AI.

• Drive adoption and change towards value driven application at scale

• Lead a multifunctional team of experts in robotics, vision technologies, data science and AI

• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, co-developments and ensure seamless integration of new technologies, including lifecycle management of existing systems, scouting and piloting innovative solutions, and expanding and optimizing current capabilities.

• Align with senior stakeholders to embed solutions into core business processes.

• Ensure continuity of service for mission-critical (robotics, vision technology and AI) services

You will report to the Global Manager Data Insights & Data Innovation and work closely with senior stakeholders across Seed Operations and Information & Digitalization. You will lead a team of 6–10 specialists and collaborate with external technology partners. Your work will span multiple global locations.

What you bring as a future colleague

• Proven experience in robotics, vision technology, and AI applications.

• Strong background in managing complex technology projects and programs.

• Ability to translate technical innovation into business value.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Technical education (e.g. engineering, applied sciences).

• 8+ years of experience in innovative technology environments.

• Experience in the seed industry is a plus, background in life sciences or other high-tech sectors is equally welcome.

You are a strong content expert with a natural sense of leadership. You enjoy guiding others, communicating clearly, and taking ownership, combining your technical depth with a growing interest in team leadership.
