This Position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS/CNSCB/Production/Production development in Beijing . Main stakeholders are Production.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
• Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with Lean & CI analysis tools and methodologies and the electrical equipment industry/sector market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 0 years of experience in electrical field
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in Word/PPT/Excel/AutoCAD/solidworks
• You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around structural analysis & implementation
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of bachelor‘s in mechanic & electric
• You are at ease communicating in English
