Your Impactful Role: Are you ready to drive utility automation to new heights? As Head of our Utility Automation Team within our Plant Engineering team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SCADA systems amidst a dynamic GMP environment. Bring your expertise in automation, problem-solving, and project and people management to our team. Together, we’ll push boundaries and create optimal solutions that transform processes and improve lives.

We are offering a unique and exciting job where you will be leading the Utility Automation team. The team has recently implemented a new PLC and SCADA platform (AVEVA) for all the solutions throughout the utility systems, and you will therefore participate in various projects that include expansion or modification to the new SCADA system/platform and our Critical Alarm Handling Systems, CAHS.

The team are responsible for system operation, so you will be working closely with end-users to understand system functionalities to find optimal automation solutions that support equipment reliability and digitalization strategies.

Your Skills:

  • Relevant technical background in Automation, Control, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably within biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in system operation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.
