  • Job Description
  • Global product manager lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and market performance of our Comfort Actuators product line, specifically focusing on Automotive Body Drives, e.g. Window Lift and Sunroof Drives;
  • Rsponsible for defining product strategy, analyzing competitive landscapes, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive growth and innovation in the automotive actuator market.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of product management, sales, marketing, engineering, or purchasing within the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in the automotive actuator domain, specifically with window lift and/or sunroof drive systems, is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning.
  • Strong background in interfacing directly with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
  • International work experience and a proven ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
