The Opportunity: CACI’s National & Cyber Solutions business group is looking for a Systems Engineer / FSR to join our growing team in Sterling, VA

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Systems Engineer/Field Service Rep focusing on installations and O&M tasks across the Counter-RCMA mission.
  • Assist with daily operations and system testing.
  • Work with highly motivated technical teammates that will support and push you and will expect reciprocal action on your part.
  • You will be part of a team and culture of sharing information amongst teammates.
  • Oversee the 24/7 requirements as part of the O&M offerings for our customers.
  • Troubleshoot the systems remotely or utilizing secure links will be required
  • Assist with trouble shooting and when applicable be traveling to customer sites for preventative maintenance trips/installs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A SECRET clearance is the minimum requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment, you may be required to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as with other individuals on the team
  • Ability to operate RF equipment, electronic troubleshooting equipment
  • Experience with RADA Radar
  • Linux experience
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Must be able to be Climbing certified and be able to climb up to heights of 150'
  • Experience with setting up Point to Point networks
  • Understanding of basic IP network topologies and ability to resolve network issues
  • Experience using Puppet and executing software installations on deployed hardware at customer sites
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Experience with RMA process

Desired:

  • Competent Tower Climbing certified
  • Familiarization with TCP/IP Networks
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio)
  • Atlassian JIRA/Confluence experience
  • Experience with setting up Point to Point networks
  • Certified rigger
  • FAA Part 107 certified

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
