About this Job

Your mission

Join us in solving one of industrial robotics' toughest challenges.

R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.

Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. We partner with major industrial recyclers and automotive OEMs to deliver measurable impact.

If you seek to work on advanced robotics within a well-funded organization scaling internationally, this is your opportunity.

Your Role

The Deployment Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of operational systems, equipment, and infrastructure across customer sites and internal facilities. This role ensures projects move efficiently from manufacturing through logistics to installation, commissioning, and operational handover.

The position combines deployment leadership, ensuring that delivery timelines, costs, and quality standards are consistently achieved while scaling deployment capability.

This leader will build and manage a high-performing deployment organisation, align cross-functional teams, and optimise the supply chain to support rapid and reliable rollouts.   Your  Responsibilities

Deployment Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the company’s deployment strategy to support scaling operations and new site rollouts.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of equipment and system deployments across multiple locations.
  • Establish standardised deployment frameworks, playbooks, and operational processes.
  • Manage deployment teams including installation engineers, commissioning specialists, and field technicians.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality deployments.
  • Oversee the deployment supply chain, including procurement coordination, logisticsplanning, and inventory readiness.
  • Optimise material flow from suppliers to installation sites.
  • Implement forecasting and planning tools to ensure on-time equipment availability.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce deployment lead time, cost, and complexity.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work closely with product development, industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure deployment readiness.
  • Ensure design-for-deployment principles are incorporated into product and system development.
  • Align manufacturing schedules with deployment timelines and customer commitments.
  • Provide feedback loops from field deployment to product engineering and product teams.

Program & Project Oversight

  • Lead large-scale deployment programs and complex installations.
  • Establish deployment milestones, risk management, and reporting.
  • Track KPIs such as Deployment cycle time, Installation cost per site, Supply chain lead time, Deployment reliability and uptime

Continuous Improvement & Scalability

  • Implement lean operational practices across deployment and supply chain operations.
  • Identify automation or process improvements to increase deployment throughput.
  • Build scalable systems to support rapid growth and international deployments.

Your profile
