Short Description

In this position, this individual will operate in a matrix capacity in order to provide the application support of automation solution to the targeted industry & customer segments in Vietnam. The person will contribute to generation of service revenue by creating values to customers using his expertise, experience and dedication.

  • Provide technical support to customers and partners for the products and applications in charge.
  • Collaborate with both sales departments and customers to identify technical requirements, develop solutions and design & develop applications that effectively accomplish customers' needs and objectives.
  • Plan, provide and deliver trainings on existing and new products, applications and competitive information for different stakeholders which includes but not limited to customers, partners, sales people, engineers of both OMRON and Business partners.
  • Develop, update and disseminate technical guides & tips to increase the knowledge and skill level of the sales force via company onsite, in-house, intranet and/or electronic newsletter.
  • Deliver quality services to target customers and partners to generate values and achieve service budgets.
  • Support sales reps with on-site demonstration and programming for customers as needed.
  • Continuously study and practice to master the products and applications in charge as assigned by superiors.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Engineering discipline (Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Automatic control/Robotics).
  • At least 2 years of experience as the technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in automation industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive desired outcomes.
  • Good English communications skills.
