Job Description

Job title: Equipment Intern This position supports equipment technicians and engineers in daily equipment-related activities, including routine inspection and maintenance, calibration tool and fixture management, equipment documentation control, and technical support for continuous improvement projects. Your role:

  • Assist equipment technicians and engineers in completing daily equipment-related tasks and follow-up actions.
  • Support fixture, tooling, and calibration tool management, including tracking, inspection, and record maintenance.
  • Participate in routine equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting activities under guidance.
  • Maintain equipment-related documentation, including check form, maintenance records.

You're the right fit if:

  • Current university student, preferably majoring in Electrical Automation, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical control systems, automation equipment, and industrial safety practices is preferred.
  • Programming experience is preferred; PLC programming experience is a plus.
  • Able to commit to an internship period of approximately three months.
  • Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and support hands-on equipment activities.

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Indicate if this role is an office/field/onsite role.
