About this Job
We’re looking for hands-on Electrical Technicians to support a large-scale equipment move and reinstallation project. This is a great opportunity to work on complex automation systems, support full teardown and rebuild efforts, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Wire, disconnect, and reassemble industrial control panels, motors, and automation equipment
- Support full equipment relocation, including teardown, transport prep, and rebuild
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Ensure proper grounding, wire management, and compliance with NEC / NFPA 79 standards
- Inspect electrical components for damage, wear, or heat stress during reinstall
- Use multimeters, ohmmeters, and other test equipment to validate system integrity
- Support system bring-up and assist with basic software/controls validation (sensors, actuators, comms)
- Follow all LOTO, arc flash, and safety procedures
- Document work performed, including wire changes and redlines to schematics
- Partner with engineers, maintenance, and production teams to meet aggressive timelines
Experience/Education
- 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, or similar
- Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits, 3-phase power, and control systems
- Experience with industrial wiring and control panels
- Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Comfortable using electrical test equipment (multimeters, amp probes, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on, physically active environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Technical certification or training in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or similar
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, or automation systems (Beckhoff, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc, etc.)
- Familiarity with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET)
- Experience supporting equipment installs, moves, or commissioning
Project Duration
- **Start date:**June 8
- Work hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PT Monday-Friday
- Duration of contract: 4 months
Hourly Rate: $45-60$ per hour, depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Working Conditions/Hours
Full-time/Hourly
- Able to work an alternative work schedule.
- Able/willing to travel as needed.
- Available/willing to work overtime to meet project commitments, as required.
Work Environment – Office
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and exposure to hazardous materials used in the manufacturing process.

PPE
May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump-caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures. Ear Plugs are recommended in areas of high noise levels that meet minimum OSHA requirements.
The base pay is just one part of CelLink's total compensation package and is determined within a range.
