Job Description

Project Design & Execution****项目设计与执行：

Ÿ Assist the Department Manager in the technical design of China plants electrical facility renovation projects and be responsible for the implementation of work plans.协助部门经理进行中国区工厂电气设施改造项目的技术设计，并负责工作计划的推进与落实。

Standardized Processes for Electrical Equipment Management in China****中国区电气设备管理标准化流程

Ÿ Lead the standardization construction and continuous optimization of the electrical equipment management system in China. 主导中国区电气设备管理体系的标准化建设与持续优化。

Ÿ Coordinate the formulation and implementation of full life-cycle process norms covering equipment ledgers, preventive maintenance, fault management and decommissioning disposal to enhance the operational efficiency of regional assets. 统筹制定并推行覆盖设备台账、预防性维护、故障管理与退役处置的全生命周期流程规范，提升区域资产运营效率。

Ÿ Track and analyze the implementation of electrical projects to propose improvement plans, providing technical support for stable plant operations. 跟踪分析电气项目的实施情况，并提出改进方案，为工厂稳定运行提供技术支持。

Technical Training & Guidance 技术培训与指导

Ÿ Promote the talent development and capacity building of the electrical technology team in the factories in China, provide professional knowledge training and work guidance to the electrical maintenance technicians of the department, and enhance the overall professional skills of the team. 推动中国区工厂电气技术团队的人才发展与能力建设，对部门电气维修技术员进行专业知识培训与工作指导，提升团队的整体专业技能。

Project Support & Optimization****项目支持与优化:

Ÿ Be responsible for reviewing the technical solutions of new construction, renovation and automation upgrade electrical projects, including system architecture design, selection and renovation of key equipment, control strategies and technical feasibility analysis, to ensure that they comply with the principles of technological advancement, reliability and cost-effectiveness, and lead the implementation and realization of equipment automation projects.负责对新建、改造及自动化升级等电气项目的技术方案进行评审，包括系统架构设计、关键设备选型与改造、控制策略及技术可行性分析，确保其符合技术先进性、可靠性及成本效益原则，并主导设备自动化项目的实施与落地。

Ÿ Assist the project leader in technically reviewing and optimizing mechanical and electrical designs, and during the equipment handover phase, thoroughly review PLC programs, electrical drawings, and HMI programs to ensure stable equipment performance and it complies with functional safety regulations and standardization requirements.协助项目负责人从技术角度审核和优化机械与电气设计，并在设备移交阶段全面复核 PLC 程序、电气图纸和 HMI 程序，确保设备性能稳定，确保其符合功能安全规范与标准化要求。

Ÿ Provide professional technical guidance and decision support for the entire project cycle (planning, implementation, commissioning, and acceptance), solve complex technical problems, and ensure that technical standards and norms are implemented.为项目全周期（规划、实施、调试、验收）提供专业技术指导与决策支持，解决复杂技术难题，确保技术标准与规范得到贯彻执行。

Electrical Standardization of equipment****电气标准化

Ÿ Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of electrical standardization guidelines, covering PLC programming & commenting, HMI design, and the selection of pneumatic and electrical components. 主导建立并完善电气相关标准化指导规范，内容涵盖PLC程序编写与注释、HMI界面设计、气动与电气元件的选型等。

Ÿ Take the lead in formulating and implementing standardized management for electrical components in China (including but not limited to circuit breakers, contactors, relays, sensors, frequency converters and PLC modules), aiming to optimize inventory, reduce total cost and enhance equipment compatibility. 主导制定与推行中国区电气零部件（包括但不限于断路器、接触器、继电器、传感器、变频器及PLC模块）的标准化管理，旨在优化库存、降低成本并提升设备兼容性。

Ÿ Be responsible for establishing and strictly implementing the standardized backup, version control and security management system for PLC programs of key equipment in factories in China, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and traceability of program assets.负责建立并严格执行中国区工厂关键设备PLC程序的标准化备份、版本控制与安全管理制度，确保程序资产的完整性、准确性与可追溯性。

Technical Platform Planning 技术平台规划：

Ÿ Consolidate various equipment resources based on company project needs to plan and design high-performance, high-stability, intelligent, and automated equipment platforms, ensuring their continuous optimization and iteration. 根据公司项目需求，整合各类设备资源，规划并设计高性能、高稳定性、智能化与自动化的设备平台，并持续进行优化与迭代。

Technical Document Management****技术文件管理:

Ÿ Fully responsible for the technical preparatory work in the early stage of the project, including the preparation of internal requirement reports, technical requirement documents, supplier technical evaluations, tender technical documents, technical bid reviews, and equipment acceptance standards, etc.全面负责项目前期的技术准备工作，包括编制内部需求报告、技术要求文件、供应商技术评估、招标技术文件、技术标评审及设备验收标准等。

Ÿ Complete temporary work arranged by department supervisor in time 及时完成部门主管安排的临时性工作.
