About this Job

Job Description:

Electronics Assembly

  •   Assemble and integrate Drone Electronic subsystems as per schematics and wiring diagrams
  •  Perform precision soldering of PCBs, connectors, ESCs, power modules and sensors (through-hole and SMD where required)
  •  Prepare wiring harnesses including Crimping, Insulation, strain relief and proper cable routing
  •  Mount and secure Avionics components such as Flight controllers, GPS modules, Telemetry radios, RC receivers and Payload interfaces

Testing and Troubleshooting

  •   Test Electronic assemblies using multimeters, power supplies and basic oscilloscopes
  •  Diagnose and repair faults in Power distribution, ESCs, Motors, Sensors and communication links 
  •  Troubleshoot issues related to voltage drops, noise, grounding, EMI/EMC and intermittent connections 
  •  Support bench testing, integration testing and pre-flight electrical checks

 

 Drone Systems Support

  •   Assist in configuration and verification of flight controllers (Pixhawk / Cube / similar) 
  •  Verify correct operation of sensors (IMU, Compass, GPS, Barometer)
  •  Support ground tests and flight readiness activities
  •  Perform post-flight inspections and repair of damaged Electronics

Documentation and Quality

  •  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Electronics assembly and repair
  •  Maintain records of repairs, modifications and test results 
  •  Identify recurring failures and report improvement suggestions 
  •  Ensure ESD-safe handling and compliance with safety and quality standards

 

Collaboration

  •   Work closely with Mechanical, Integration and Testing Engineers
  •  Support R&D and production teams during prototyping and small-batch manufacturing 
  •  Assist field teams during deployments when required
