About this Job
The Digital Test Technician supports the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of radar subsystems and advanced electronic assemblies. This role involves performing digital testing, operating electronic test equipment, diagnosing digital and FPGA-based circuit boards, and verifying communication interfaces. The technician will work closely with engineering teams to execute test procedures and support system validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform digital testing on radar subsystems and electronic assemblies using standard test equipment.
Operate oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools to capture and analyze digital signals.
Diagnose and troubleshoot digital and FPGA-based circuit boards.
Verify communication buses and digital interfaces as part of system validation.
Configure digital modules and support integration testing of complex electronic systems.
Execute detailed test procedures and document results according to established processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support debugging, validation, and performance verification of radar subsystems.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Experience performing digital testing in electronic or embedded systems.
Familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital test instrumentation.
Experience diagnosing digital circuit boards or FPGA-based hardware.
Ability to follow technical documentation, schematics, and test procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with complex electronic systems in aerospace, defense, or radar applications.
Familiarity with common communication buses (e.g., SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet, or similar interfaces).
Experience supporting engineering validation or integration testing.
Spanish language skills are a plus
Additional Requirements
Ability to work in a laboratory or production test environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills when working with engineering and technical staff.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, Have a Passport, and the ability to travel internationally to Spain for an extended period of time (within first part of role); Ocassional travel after
