About this Job
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our Corporate Automation team to support the design, implementation, and optimization of smart factory systems. You will work hands-on with DCS/PLCs, SCADA platforms, and IIoT data pipelines to help bridge OT and IT layers as part of our ongoing Industry 4.0 transformation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and test DCS/PLC/HMI programs for process automation and interlocks.
Integrate machine data into SCADA/MES systems and IIoT data pipelines using OPC-UA and MQTT protocols.
Build dashboards to visualize real-time KPIs and alarms.
Support digital twin modeling and simulation for process validation and virtual commissioning.
Document control logic, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures to ISA-88/ISA-95 standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and data engineering.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge of DCS/PLCs, process control theory (PID loops, feedback systems), and industrial communication protocols.
Programming experience in Python, MATLAB, or ladder/structured text languages.
Familiarity with sensor instrumentation, actuators, and control panels.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced plant environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with cloud platformsor edge computing devices.
Exposure to machine learning for predictive maintenance or anomaly detection.
Coursework or project work in robotics, mechatronics, or computer vision.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles in OT/ICS environments (ISA/IEC 62443).
