What we offer:

• Electrical commissioning of hydraulic presses and complex production systems in Germany and abroad - this also includes the commissioning of fieldbus and communication systems, as well as electric drives and motors (conventional and frequency-controlled)
• Customization and optimization of PLCs using TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
• Conducting input and output tests (I/O checks) as well as systematic troubleshooting and error correction
• Testing and optimizing hardware installations and wiring
• Setup, testing and validation of safety functions and safety components

What we are looking for:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for automation technology, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years' experience in commissioning hydraulic presses or comparable production systems in the mechanical and plant engineering sector
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming and experience with TIA Portal and Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 (TC3)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong technical understanding of complex systems and their interactions
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, along with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international customer assignments
