About the project: The organization is a strategic software partner for a leading global automotive OEM, supporting their transformation toward Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). The role spans both strategic consulting and execution, from defining software architecture roadmaps to delivering robust, scalable solutions for next-generation mobility.

Career Path: The position will start as Validation Engineer and, based on performance, will be promoted to Technical Lead.
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate and integrate hardware and software components for complex systems, ensuring seamless operation across subsystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and QA to ensure integration deliverables meet project specifications.
Perform system integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and document integration results.
Support the deployment and commissioning of systems at client sites, including on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, test plans, and reports for internal and client review.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety – ISO 26262, and ASPICE.
Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, adhering to schedules and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support system validation activities, including performance testing and compliance verification.
Eligibility for registration
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in system integration, testing, and commissioning of complex hardware-software systems.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP, DOIP, DOCAN, MQTT, HTTP, DDS, IPC (MQ, Socket, Data Sharing).
Familiarity with embedded systems, hardware components, and software tools used in system integration, which may include the following:
Language: C, C++, Python OS/Middleware: Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR Controllers: Renesas R-Car, NXP S32G, MCUs Toolchains: GCC, Multi, Vector DaVinci, EB tresos Tools: Docker, Git, JIRA, GTest, Polyspace, Cantata++, CANoe
