Theworkenvironment

Medicomisaglobalcompanyspecializinginthedesign,manufacturing,anddistributionofmedicalprotectiveequipment.Asthecompanycontinuestogrow,theengineeringandmanufacturingteamsareinvestingincutting-edgeautomationprojects.You’llreportdirectlytotheDirectorofManufacturingProjectsandworkcloselywithbothproductionandmaintenanceteams.

Yourresponsibilities

  • Manageandsupervisethedesignofautomatedsystems

  • Providetechnicalsupportrelatedtoequipmentengineering

  • Participateintechnicaltenders (automation,SCADA,instrumentation,etc.)

  • Defineneedsandcarryoutengineeringforinstallationandequipmentdesignprojects

  • Takepartinequipmentcommissioningandensurecompliancewithstandards

  • Performtechnicalassessmentsandvalidateexternalengineeringdeliverables

  • Supportproductionandguidetechniciansacrossdifferentshifts

  • Implementstructuredmethodstosolverecurringtechnicalissues

  • Contributetothestandardizationofprogrammingmethodsanddocumentation

  • MemberoftheOrdredesingénieursduQuébec (OIQ)
