Automation & Innovation Engineering Manager

Job Purpose

1. Search, support and promote new ideas and methods to be applied in the livestock production process, using technology as a driver.
2. Create a livestock production development plan, including management and control of work to be in accordance with the plan, using technology as a driver.
3. Coordinate with livestock production units to promote the use of high-level technology to continuously improve livestock production work.
4. Manage assigned Automation & Innovation projects.
5. Oversee and support the inventory management system of the livestock production unit

Key Responsibities and Activities

1. Smart Farm Roadmap  - Study the Smart Farm model and conceptDesign  - create and present the Smart Farm Roadmap  - Monitor and drive projects to operate according to the plan and framework under the Smart Farm Roadmap
2. Design solutions for Automation and Digitalization  - Study As-is architecture  - Study gaps that can be developed or improved  - Find technology or system that is relevant and suitable for the given task  - Design a solution that is appropriate and consistent with the company's policies and strategies
3. Provide advice and support for Automation and Digitalization work.  - Provide various recommendations to support data on process development and improvement  - Recommend technologies related to process development and improvement  - Provide recommendations on planning and budgeting for process development and improvement that require technology
4. Manage projects related to Operational Data Platform.  - Study the existing data flow and find ways to improve it to be more efficient and sustainable.  - Study, design, and develop a data storage system that is standardized, efficient, and scalable.  - Develop and maintain the Operational data center system.
5. Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory management system.  - Manage data, import data into SAP Invertory Management Module  - Maintain, advise and assist users of SAP IM Module  - Develop Inventory monitoring system
6. Others  - Work as a team to continuously develop the automation technology system and maximize the organization's efficiency.  - Study and research on technological innovations in the livestock industry to be able to expand the results in the affiliated business groups effectively.  - Present improvement guidelines that are in line with the policy, especially the application of automatic data collection systems to reduce production costs.  - Study and compare the advantages and disadvantages of new technologies in IoT and Data Analytics for analysis.

Education : Bachelor of Engineering, Science Field of Study : Computers, Electricity, Electronics, Other related Experience : 5-7 years, IT, Computer Engineer, Electronic Engineer
