Tasks:

  • Participation in projects in the field of creating robotization and automation solutions for logistics processes in central sterilization facilities and designing medical devices (sterilizers)
  • Design of parts and equipment dedicated to loading sterilizers and disinfectors.
  • Launch and test automated systems.
  • Supervising the assembly of created projects and introducing improvements.
  • Creating material structures for designed assemblies.
  • Documenting the design changes made in technical changes.
  • Launching and testing prototypes.
  • Preparation of data necessary for the implementation of parts in the SAP system.
  • Support for the assembly of created projects and introduction of improvements.
  • Creating comprehensive technical documentation for designed solutions along with user documentation.
  • Calculation of the cost of materials for the implementation of projects and cooperation in procurement with strategic purchasing and procurement departments.
  • Support in the preparation of offers and proposals for technical and price solutions for customers.
  • Direct cooperation with internal company units (sales, R&D headquarters) and external companies (solution providers, external laboratories).

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in the area of programming and commissioning automation systems (min. 2-3 years).
  • Higher education, preferred faculties: Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics.
  • Experience in programming and integrating AMR robots,
  • Knowledge of architecture and ability to program PLCs (e.g. B&R, ST language).
  • Knowledge of drive systems (frequency converters, DC drives, servo drives).
  • Knowledge of Ethernet networks, in particular TCP/IP communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of issues related to safety solutions used in industry.
  • Ability to read and create electrical documentation in Eplan, SolidoWorks Electrical software.
  • Communicative knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2) – a necessary condition.
  • Availability for occasional trips in Poland and abroad (approx. 10-15% of working time during the year).
  • The ability to work effectively and independently, also under time pressure.
  • The ability to work in a group, flexibility in cooperation with various departments of the company in Poland and around the world.
  • Positive attitude, communicativeness and creativity.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of legal requirements for machine design (Machinery Directive/Machinery Regulation);
  • Knowledge of IEC 61010 standards; ISO 3691; 
  • Knowledge of the SAP P10 system,
  • SEP licences (up to 1 kV).
