Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SCADA & RTU Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain SCADA and analytics systems for process automation projects. You will develop hardware and software specifications, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to digitalization initiatives. This role involves leading small-to-medium projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, implement, and maintain ASP SCADA systems for process automation projects.
Perform system integration, programming, and customization based on project requirements.
Conduct system testing, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and provide site support (remote or on-site).
Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
Interpret customer technical specifications and develop implementation strategies.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation; provide customer training.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
Contribute to digitalization initiatives, including dashboards, analytics, and connectivity solutions.
Plan project tasks, manage milestones, and report risks or scope variations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and align with company procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field.
0–4 years of experience in Industrial Automation, SCADA, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
Interest in Industrial Automation, SCADA, Control Systems, and Digitalization solutions.
Basic understanding of PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, industrial communication protocols, and automation systems.
Exposure to SCADA platforms through academic projects, internships, training programs, or professional experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with industrial networking concepts such as IP addressing, Ethernet communication, and network architecture is a plus.
Basic knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar communication standards is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a project-driven environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
Dual nationality is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship, graduation project, or hands-on experience in Automation, SCADA, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems.
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, VBA, SQL, or similar).
Familiarity with AVEVA System Platform (ASP), WinCC, Ignition, or other SCADA solutions is a plus.
Understanding of FAT/SAT, commissioning activities, system integration, or troubleshooting is an advantage.
Relevant certifications or technical training in automation, SCADA, networking, or industrial systems are considered a plus.
