AI Engineer – Perception for Autonomous Driving Systems

We are hiring AI Engineers at Senior, and Expert levels to develop perception and end-to-end driving models for Automated Driving Systems (ADS).

You will work across data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Responsibilities will match your experience, with mentorship for Junior engineers and technical leadership opportunities for Senior and Expert engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop computer vision models for detection, segmentation, tracking, and 3D scene understanding.

• Build multi-sensor perception systems using cameras, LiDAR, radar, and ultrasonic sensors.

• Prepare driving datasets and train, fine-tune, and evaluateend-to-end driving modelsthat predict trajectories or driving actions.

• Evaluate performance through benchmarks, simulation, and closed-loop testing.

• Optimize models for real-time deployment on embedded platforms.

• Collaborate with software, hardware, planning, and control teams.

• For Senior and Expert levels: own technical delivery, guide architecture, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

For all levels:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.

• Good foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.

• Proficiency in Python, familiarity with C++, and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Understanding of model training, evaluation, and data processing.

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Experience by level:

• **Senior — Typically 3+ years:**Experience deploying AI models, owning development pipelines, and training end-to-end driving or trajectory-prediction models.

• **Expert — Typically 8+ years or equivalent expertise:**Deep experience in autonomous driving AI, system architecture, and technical leadership.

Preferred:

• Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, 3D geometry, or sensor fusion.

• Familiarity with imitation learning, transformer models, and distributed training.

• Experience with simulation, large-scale data pipelines, or MLOps.

• Experience optimizing models with TensorRT, ONNX, or quantization.
