Job Summary:

Performs skilled non production activities independently which support the manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Ensuring Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment. 2.Compliance and Reporting: Your adherence to HSE standards and prompt reporting of any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety. 3.Environmental Stewardship: Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will contribute to sustainable practices. 4.Quality Assurance: By following and helping others apply standard work, policies, and procedures, you will uphold high-quality standards and reduce costs and exposures. 5.Continuous Improvement: Supporting and participating in continuous improvement activities will enhance quality, safety, processes, and employee development. 6.Mentorship and Training: Instructing and coaching team members will foster a collaborative and skilled workforce. 7.Operational Excellence: Applying Cummins Operating System (COS) practices and Operations Excellence (OE) methodology will drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the plant. 8.Team Collaboration: Effective communication with your team and support teams will ensure smooth operations and continuous personal and professional development.
